This is an unfinished kit. It is made from quality MDF wood.

Laser cut precision yields beautiful and accurate cuts.

Ready to assemble and paint or finish as you like!
All you need is a quality wood glue and some sandpaper.

The finished balcony shown in the photo gallery is primed, painted with azure blue and pthalo green glaze, then finished with an aging wax. Also looks great painted black to simulate wrought iron.

A great addition to your miniature house or room box.

Balcony dimensions are  4 inches wide x 2 inches deep x 4 1/4 inch tall.

This kit is intended for the adult craftsperson and miniature enthusiast! Not recommended for children under 14.
