Miniature Vintage Store - 1 12 Scale Kit

This is an unfinished kit. 

The store is made of quality MDF wood. The base is a sturdy 1/4" thick, the store walls are 1/8" thick and most of the trim is 1/16th" thick. 

The door is easy to assemble - we use no pins or hinges, the opening system is part of the design. It is made of Baltic Birch facings so you can stain the door if you wish.

The awnings feature filigree carved sides and the top is ready to paint or cover with an awning fabric.

The back of the store features a sliding door so you can decorate even more. (See the gallery for photos).

Door moldings, inside and out, are included.

Laser cut precision yields beautiful and accurate cuts.

Easy to assemble. Comes unassembled and unfinished with detailed instructions including pictures.

We envisioned a lovely French flower shop but it lends itself to a boutique, chocolate, bakery, bookstore, whatever your vision is!

The store measures 15 inches wide x 10 1/2 inches deep (not including awning) x 10 1/4 inches high.

This kit is intended for the adult craftsperson and miniature enthusiast! Not recommended for children under 14.
